Shipping Policy

1:Opulixir Jewels provides packing and shipping services solely for the convenience of our customer. We will ship the lots fifteen (15) business days after we received the full payment barring any unforeseen shipping delays.

2:We mainly use the FedEx,DHL for shipping the products. When the item(s) are shipped, the customer will receive an email/message confirmation with tracking information. 

3:Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at Opulixir Jewels's sole discretion and may incur additional handling charges. Large, heavy, fragile or otherwise unusual items will incur additional charges.

4:By acknowledging this agreement, buyer agrees to any additional charges as may be necessary to accommodate special shipping and handling requests. In the event a customer's items are returned to Opulixir or any reason including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or the customer (or adult) was not present to receive and sign for the package, then Opulixir Jewels reserves the right to charge the customer for the new shipping cost.

5:Opulixir Jewels will ship items to foreign locations using the same classes of mail and additional postal services that it uses to ship to HK locations, to the extent that such services are available. Opulixir Jewels shall not be liable for any shortfall of insurance either on foreign shipments or on the non-coverage of additional invoice charges exceeding payment amounts. CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES. 

6:We will not be responsible for any losses if the tracking information shows the package was signed for and was delivered to the correct address. If an item is lost in transit, we reserve the right to reship a similar replacement item or provide a refund.
